RECOMMENDATIONS TO BANKING INSTITUTIONS BASED ON THE EU BEST PRACTICE

We are pleased to announce that our team of Erasmus Center of Excellence in Sustainable Business and Finance prepared "Reccomendations to banking institutions based on the EU best practice. 

Shortly, this document outline the approach on ESG management on the environmental, social and governance components for banking institutions. Regulatory requirements as the EU Non-Financia Reporting Directive, the upcoming Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive including EFRAG standards and the development of the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive are the basis and taken into consideration. Requirements of the International standards as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the UNEP FI Principles for Responsible Banking (PB) and Task force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure Standards (TC FD) are also the basis of this document.
