Introductory Courses at HEIs and VET Institutions

We aim to reach out to the students involved into the vocation training and education, for example those acquiring their second degree, as these, usually older students coming from the industry, while possible having very practical exposure to the EU-related issues (being employed in banks, financial or public bodies) have never been exposed to any structured information about EU.
In this activity we implement a new approach by introducing the training for trainers of the multiple other Universities and motivating them to adapt and integrate the topics into their regular program. By doing so we ensure that the relevant content reaches the groups of students, who were not in contact with European studies before. Also training-the trainers approach increases the sustainability of our actions.
The course “Digitalization and Sustainability – Lessons from Europe” is offered as a short block of lectures (6 TH) as part of the elective curricular at the master’s and bachelor’s level for the students who otherwise are not covered by the European Studies. It will be conducted for wider, but less specific audience, for students and educators of other universities, for VET institutions including training centres.
