Lyudmila Muradova
Academic Coordinator of Erasmus Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Business and Finance, Associate Professor at Banking and Investments department at TSUE. Mrs. Muradova was the academic coordinator of Jean Module "Erasmus Module on European Studies in Business, Economics and Finance" in 2018-2021. She also researched the the ways of increasing the profitability of commercial bank assets in terms of modernization of the economy of Uzbekistan and had working experience at banking and insurance. Currently she is the founder of "Smart Heating Systems" which is the representative of European manufacturers in the area of green solutions. Responsible for establishing activity of ECESBF, to build and steer the activities of the working group, monitoring the activities of the Centre and ensuring the effectiveness of its operations; organising and running the information campaign, workshop and the conference
Oksana Galak
Senior Expert, Team Leader in Erasmus Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Business and Finance. Furthemore Prof. Galak is the Module Leader of Erasmus Jean Monnet Module “International Business: Strategies for Integrated Europe” at the University of Vienna, Austria. Mrs. Galak is a professor of Business, Economics and Statistics, Department of Business Decisions and Analytics and she was Module Leader in previous Jean Monnet Moule at TSUE "Erasmus Module on European Studies in Business, Economics and Finance". Having such qulified experience Prof. Galak will contribute for all four working packages of ECESBF activity: administration and management, teaching, policy research and dissemination. Responsible for assisting the coordinator in performing the task related to the organisation of Centre’s activities; monitoring the quality of the teaching and methodology of teaching; participating in organisation of the events within Centre’s operations (at TSUE and beyond), assisting in attracting the international experts (e.g. Austria)
Feruza Tatybaeva
Member of the Working group, Senior Lecturer of the Erasmus Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Business and Finance. Adjunct professor in Webster University in Tashkent and Regional Manager for central Asia at AGRICO. Mrs. Tatybaeva will share with her academis and business exerience which will be highly valuable for syllabus of courses and will introduce the short-blocked course “Emerging trends in European Business and Finance: Digitalization and Sustainability” at Webster University in Tashkent. Furthermore, having business, academic and banking skills Mrs. Tatybaeva is responsible for working out Sustainable Finance Strategy and disseminating the activity of the ECESBF
Khikoyat Dadabayeva
Senior Expert, Member of the Working Group in the Erasmus Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Business and Finance. Deputy CEO, Chief Compliance and Operational Risk Officer & Management Board Member TBC Bank in Uzbekistan. Mrs. Dadabayeva will share with her deep knowledge in banking got within her activity at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Santander SA I Talan Management Consulting UK, RBS Commercial & Private Banking (CPB), UK. The core role of Mrs. Dadabayeva is in advising the proper methodological criteria in assesing projects to meet ESG criterias in sustainable finance and disseminating the activity of the ECESBF
Oleg Lenski
Expert, Member of the Working Group in the Erasmus Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Business and Finance. Senior Funding Manager, Director in Raiffeisen Bank International AG (Austria) where he is responsible for Coordination of funding activity of RBI subsidiaries in Central Eastern Europe, including syndicated loans, including international green bonds and Coordinating Group relations with International Financial institutions (EIB, EBRD, EIF, IFC, MIGA, CEB, etc). Mr. Lenski contributes his experience to exploring ESG criteria for Sustainanable Finance Strategy to facilitate access to capital both for SMEs and banks and disseminates the activity of the ECESBF
Bakhodir Akhmedov
Member of the Working Group in the Erasmus Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Business and Finance. Senior Officer in Assets Management at State Fund of Support of Entrepreneurship Activities. Mr. Akhmedov has banking experience in lending, trade finance, investing and project financing. In ECESBF project Mr. Akhmedov is responsible for working ESG criterias for Sustainable Finance Strategy and its introducing in the Fund and commercial banks, and disseminating the activity of the ECESBF
Sherzodjon Ruziev
Member of the Working Group in the Erasmus Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Business and Finance.Deputy Director at Family and Women Support Fund, Uzbekistan will support ECESBF team in working out social criteria as a part of Sustainable Finance Strategy and having good experience in IT will be responsible for Digital Transformation Scoreboard and Digitalisation Documantation Database
Farhad Abdullayev
Member of the Working group, Senior Lecturer of the Erasmus Centre of Excellence in Sustainable Business and Finance. Dean of the General Technical Department, Associated Professor in Department of Natural and Mathematical Sciences, and Coordinator of the Erasmus+ project MUSAE at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent. Prof. Abdullayev will share with his skills at Worcester Polytechnic University and North Dakota State University, USA and contribute to Digitalisation Package of ECESBF's policy research activity, and will be reponsible for adopting and implemeting short blocked-course “Emerging trends in European Business and Finance: Digitalization and Sustainability” at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent, will participate in dissemination activity.
